Icy End of the Earth – Psionic, Cold, Zone
The world shall end in ice.
Prerequisite You must be bloodied.
Effect You create a stationary zone of unnatural winter in a close burst 2, including your own space. Creatures in the zone cannot heal damage or gain temporary hit points. Creatures that enter during their turn or start their turn in the zone take 5 cold damage. You cannot reduce the damage this power does to you in any way. (Other creatures can apply their resistances and immunities as normal.) Creatures in the zone also have phasing with regards to man-made structures less than a thousand years old.
Special This zone ends when you leave its area, when you fall unconscious, or when you are no longer bloodied.
- Word of Healing - Encounter, Divine, Healing
“But victory is only remembered if culture survives to record it. Ergo, the only victory worthwhile is that of creation.”

Dima has a bizarre joy for filing paperwork, and prides himself on his scholarliness. He’s even dabbled in psychoanalysis, though Kida ve Alema was loath to requisition the services of someone who was fascinated by the concept of endings.
