One of these gloves is infused with the pugilist training of the Clergy’s elite godhands; the other is tainted by the lightning tongue of a demon.

Property Once per round when you hit a creature with a melee attack, you may pummel it or another creature adjacent to you, dealing 2 lightning damage. Each time you successfully deal damage this way, the hands of heaven and hell gain one charge counter, which lasts until the end of the encounter.
Level 22. 4 lightning damage.

Power (Encounter) Minor Action.
Requirement: The hands must have at least six charge counters.
Effect: The next melee attack you make before the end of your next turn gains the following properties against the first target:

Hit: You gain temporary HP equal to the damage you dealt to the target. The hands lose six charge counters.
Miss: The hands lose three charge counters, but the encounter power recharges.
